To become a member of the CCJDC determine if you want your agency or company to join, or whether you are joining as an individual. If your agency or company is joining, determine who has signature authority and proceed with the following:

Read, print and have signed two copies of the memorandum of agreement

Send two copies of the signed memorandum to:
